Once we have confirmed the scope of works & project expectations, a written quotation will be issued. Upon approval, a TAX INVOICE will be sent. We start work with 50% project fees paid. For commercial clients, we start immediately once receipt of Purchase Order on behald of the client to proceed. Documents are released upon full payment.
Once engaged, we conduct an onsite Site Assesment and complete BMS Report's generally within 2-3 weeks.
For larger Subdivision projects & Alternative Solutions a generic schedule will be discussed before engagement, dependant on project complexity and Local Authority availbility to respond to RFI's & preliminary proposals.
We provide our clients with the required documentation to submit direct to local authorities. During the assessment & report writing, we liaise with applicants, architects and directly with local council & CFA.
We do offer Building Permit application submisisons upon request.
