DRAWINGS

We provide detailed drawings at various levels of complexity to help convey assessment. We do provide CAD in Revit or AutoCAD upon request.

DRONE TECHNOLOGY

We do incorporate Aerial Drone photography technics in surveying all projects vegatation & terrain.

Bushfire Planning and Design Management is our business.
We deliver professional Fire Protection Reports and Services to mitigate bushfire risk.

We are an industry association accredited Bushfire Planning & Design consultant to the highest level of BPAD3.

Fireguard Australia operate Bushfire Consultancy in Victoria, while Fireguard Western Australia operate across the Greater South Western region of Western Australia.

We provide compliant solutions to the bushfire planning provisions for all aspects of bushfire risk.

ENGAGMENT OPTIONS

Once we have confirmed the scope of works & project expectations, a written quotation will be issued. Upon approval, a TAX INVOICE will be sent. We start work with 50% project fees paid. For commercial clients, we start immediately once receipt of Purchase Order on behald of the client to proceed. Documents are released upon full payment.

SITE ASSESSMENTS

Once engaged, we conduct an onsite Site Assesment and complete BMS Report's generally within 2-3 weeks.

For larger Subdivision projects & Alternative Solutions a generic schedule will be discussed before engagement, dependant on project complexity and Local Authority availbility to respond to RFI's & preliminary proposals.

AUTHORITY SUBMISSION

We provide our clients with the required documentation to submit direct to local authorities. During the assessment & report writing, we liaise with applicants, architects and directly with local council & CFA.

We do offer Building Permit application submisisons upon request.
