BAL: BUSHFIRE ATTACK LEVEL REPORT

We promulgate BAL reports across the state, attending site to ensure accuracy. 

SER: SITE EVALUATION & ASSESSMENT REPORTS

These reports are tailored for potential buyers, prospective developers and existing home owners to assist in making informed Fire Protection & investment decisions.

SBMS: SMART BUSHFIRE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

For properties with a BMO Schedule.

BMS1: BUSHFIRE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT Application 1

For dwellings in existing settlements and where clause 53.02-3 applies whereby it fits within the following listed zones: Neighbourhood Residential Zone, General Residential Zone, Residential Growth Zone, Urban Growth Zone, Low Density Residential Zone, Township Zone or Rural Living Zone
- only 1 dwelling on the site and approved measures are met. If the above are not met, a BMS2 is required.

BMS2: BUSHFIRE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT Application 2

Where specific requirements and approved measures of clause 53.02-3 are not met and clause 53.02-4 applies

BMS: BUSHFIRE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT for NON HABITABLE OUTBUILDINGS

There are A, B or C Category type Non Habitable Outbuildings (ancillary to a dwelling) in the Bushfire Management Overlay. Type B & C require their own BMS, categorised as either being over 100sqm in size or <10m from the Dwelling.

PBS: PRIVATE BUSHFIRE SHELTERS

We can provide advice regarding the use and installation of Private Bushfire shelters and have specified these in reports where appropriate.

METHOD 2 CALCULATIONS

For slopes >20 within 150m of your property, a BMS Application 2 with Method 2 Calculation is required. As an accredited BPAD3 practitioner, we are one of few Consultants in Victoria able to provide this service acceptable to Local Authority.

FIRE MANAGEMENT AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANS

Competency to promulgate FMP's for Institutions, Government or Private to Australian and International standards as required.

BUSHFIRE HAZARD LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENTS

Part of every BMS Application 2, we expertly assess and communicate regional landscape bushfire hazards

DESIGN

To compliment our Alternative Solutions, we can demonstrate provision requirements through the presentation of Concept Design packages.

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS

Some complex sites require approved alternative solutions or solutions based on performance principles. We have experience in the promulgation of thermal barriers.

CAD DOCUMENTATION

We can produce stand alone AutoCAD or Revit documentation, integrate Architects masterplans within them, or produce custom documentation to fit within our clients documentation package.

SUBDIVISION REPORTS

We have a growing portfolio delivering subdivisions across Victoria. In addition to clause 53.02-4.1-4.3, we also promulgate documentation to clause 53.02-4.4

DRONE ASSISTED BUSHFIRE HAZARD SITE ASSESSMENTS
